What are the refund policy terms?
Refund Policy:
- Clients are eligible for a refund within 3 months of purchasing their package.
- Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- 100% Refund:
- If the client experienced a negative situation.
- If a suitable tutor was not found within the promised timeframe.
- 75% Refund:
- If the client decides not to continue after the trial session and has not started the package.
- 50% Refund:
- If the client chooses not to continue after using less than 50% of the package.
- 25% Refund:
- If the client decides not to continue after using 50% to 75% of the package.
- No Refund:
- If the client has used more than 75% of the package.
- If more than 3 months have passed since the package purchase date, regardless of the amount used.
- Clients can initiate a refund request by contacting our customer support number. They will assist with the process, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining hours in the client’s tutoring package.
- Refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days from the date of approval.
- Once the refund request is approved, the client will typically receive the refunded amount within the standard processing time of their bank. The time required for processing depends on the policies and procedures of the banking institution.
